DMCA & Takedowns
We respect creators. If your work appears on Aesthetic Picsly without your permission, tell us and we will remove it or credit you — your choice.
How to file a notice
Email dmca@aestheticpicsly.com with the subject line “DMCA notice” and include:
- The URL of each page on aestheticpicsly.com where the picture appears.
- A link to, or description of, your original work.
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).
What happens next
We aim to review every notice within two business days. When a notice is complete and valid, we remove the picture or disable access to it and let you know by email.
Prefer a credit instead?
Some creators would rather keep the picture up with credit. Tell us your name and the profile link you want shown, and we will add it to the collection.
Counter-notice
If you believe a picture was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with the removed URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and your signature.
Repeat infringement
Contributors who are the subject of repeated valid claims will have their submissions removed and will not be able to submit again.
Please be accurate
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether a use is infringing, consider getting legal advice first.
