Disclaimer
Aesthetic Picsly curates pictures found across the web and shared by creators. Here is what that means for copyright, credits and removals.
Image ownership and copyright
We do not claim ownership of the pictures on this site unless a page clearly says so. Every picture remains the property of its creator or rights holder. Pictures are shared here for personal inspiration — profile pictures, wallpapers and moodboards — and grouped by mood to make them easier to find.
Credits
We try to credit original creators wherever the source is known. Pictures are often reposted many times online, so we cannot guarantee that every attribution is complete or correct. If you spot a missing or wrong credit, tell us and we will fix it.
Removal requests
If you are the creator or rights holder of a picture and want it credited differently or removed, email dmca@aestheticpicsly.com with a link to the picture on our site and a link to your original. Formal copyright notices can be sent using the process on our DMCA page. We act on valid requests quickly.
Personal use only
Downloads are offered for personal, non-commercial use. Using a picture commercially is your responsibility and needs the creator’s permission.
Accuracy
Collection notes, mood descriptions and tips are written to be helpful, but they are general information. We make no promises about how a picture will look on every device, app or crop.
External links
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Advertising and endorsements
If the site shows ads in the future, they help keep it free and are not endorsements by Aesthetic Picsly. We will label sponsored content clearly.
