We collect as little as we can. This page explains exactly what that means on aestheticpicsly.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
Aesthetic Picsly (aestheticpicsly.com) is a free gallery of aesthetic pictures, profile pictures and wallpapers. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean the team that runs the site. You can reach us about anything in this policy at privacy@aestheticpicsly.com.
What we collect
- Nothing to browse. You do not need an account to view or download pictures, and there is no sign-up form on the site.
- Server and security logs. Like almost every website, our hosting and caching software records technical details of each request — IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. We use these logs only to keep the site fast, secure and working, and they are deleted on a rolling basis.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply and keep a record of requests such as credits and takedowns.
Cookies
Visitors who simply browse the site are not given tracking cookies by us. WordPress may set functional cookies for logged-in site staff only. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, those services may set their own cookies; we will update this policy before that happens and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
Advertising
We do not show ads at the moment. If we start, third-party vendors — including Google — may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You will be able to opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings or at aboutads.info.
Downloads and outside links
When you download a picture, the file is sent straight to your device; we do not record who downloaded what beyond the normal server log above. Some pages link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.
How we use and share information
We use the information above to run and protect the site, answer your messages and handle copyright requests. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it, except with service providers that host and secure the site for us, or when the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the UK and EU, or the CCPA in California — you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@aestheticpicsly.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Aesthetic Picsly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
